wheight reductions
lighter rims such as inexpensive hx rims. vx too but i doubt those would fit. if you have the money just buy a nice expensive wheel that weighs about 8 lbs a piece. while youre at it why not throw in some lightweight lug nuts for those extra ounces
weight reduction you can "feel"

Hmm.. if you really want some weight reduction, drop your A/C, power steering and rear seats. Those along with the spare and tools probably weigh the most when removed.
Rear seat top and bottom: something like 30 lbs.
A/C complete: 45 lbs or so (at least mine was)
Spare and tools: 30lbs or so

keep the donut wheels, remove the front and rear rebar, remove all interior (doors, front and rear dash, rear seats, passenger & driver seats and replace the driver with carbon fiber race seats, remove spare tire and tools, linings, that gummy sticky thing inside the car, remove stereo, AC, power steering, replace the windows w/ plexi-glass, replace all exterior panels w/ fiberglass or carbonfiber, and remove the headlights and taillights) then BAM you've got yourself a lightened non-streetable car.
