In DC2, does the rear defogger switch light up when the light is turned on?

 

Well if it's any help, my LS one does light up, in my CRX I can press the buton and the light won't appear until after 1-2 mins....hope that helps...

 

my 94 gsr doesn't

 

Mine does. (94 GS-R) Lights up with a little orange dash looking thing... right in the middle of the switch.

 

 

I am not talking about the orange light.. I want to know if the defogger switch would be illuminated like the climate control when I turn the headlight on.

No. Systems are mutually exclusive of each other.

 

haha funny thing... i started a thread several days ago about the parking lights for the rear defroster and hazard lights. me, my cousin, and another h-t member all have the same problem of the light bulb being burnt out. we all have 94 tegs, too. i think overtime... those bulbs go out faster than all the others.

 

I guess that means it should have a light. I don't really remember if it ever lite up since I have a cup holder covering it. mine is only a 99 and it is already out. I am going to take it to the dealer and ask them to replace it.
