Turbo kits for H series motors
I am not necessarily looking for a kit, but I doo need all the components. Who makes the best manifold/DP? Who has the best piping? Which kit is the most complete? I am trying to decide if it is worth it to get a kit, buy a partial kit/kits, or just piece one together from scratch. This is for a H22A in a prelude. Golden eagle sleeved block head and assembly done by Endyn. Boost numbers will only be limited by tuning. I plan to run a T3/T60-1
Drag, F-max, and i believe rev-hard make turbo kits for the h22a. If you go drag, wait until the spring for the gen 4's to be released. The manifold is already available though. The gen 4's are better designed then the gen 2 and 3s and come with larger components (piping, dp, i/c). Its good to see you built your motor right the first time, what ems are you looking at running?
I have a new kiwi turbo manifold for sale for the h22 hit up tony1 at jotech or on this board hes got it right now trying to sell it for me-pdang

I plan to run hondata with a P28 ECU, unless I see something better come along. I understand that the AEM EMS is pretty good, but I don't know anyone with experience with it and it seems alot more complicated to set up. What are you using in your setup?
2k teg's turbo kits are a good deal, for the price you really cant beat it. As far as ems's, go with the management system that your tuner is most familiar with. The aem ems has come a long way, but for a daily driver you cant go wrong with the hondata. On my setup i run the 4b with a drag gen 2 kit. As of now, ive had a custom 3" dp made and im in the works of making a new intercooler pipe that goes from the compressor side of the turbo to the intercooler. I will be either going with the full-race manifold or having a custom one made by the guy who made my 3" dp and exhaust.
Why such a small turbine for a built motor? On a built 2.2 (which you can increase the bore of) you should be able to get it to flow much more air and create higher pressures on the turbine side. Especially when under boost. Spool-up would be no problem if you didn't drop your SCR too much.
rev hard only makes manifolds and dp for h22. im not impressed with my downpipe i got it and its only about 10 inches long. u have to weld alot of pipe to it.. bastards.. the manifold is nice but h22 is hella more options then my h23.. i love that kiwi ******* beautiful.. max rev is nice too.
