Default belt problem

what would be the proper procedure for replacing/tightening/loosing the belts on a 96 integra se...a/c belt, power steering belt, alternator belt...one of the three on my car is either too tight too loose or needs replacing...im getting a whistling sound at start up and occasionally while driving i hear a slight whine in the car coming from engine bay that increases with the engine rev..sorta sounds like turbo whining but hell i wish i had a turbo .if any one suggest its something else please advise me...thanks

when ur belt is squeeking then ur belt is lose...so tighten them up a little bit...dont do it too tight that u might messed up the bearing...clean the pulleys first then tighten them up
