OEM Honda head bolts or ARP/AEBS head studs? What kind of assembly lube? -30W or moly lube?

For OEM, 60 lbs/ft

Don't forget the proper sequence, so the head seats correctly and doesn't warp.

Found my manual.

Apply 30W to the head bolt threads. Put them in finger tight.

Torque each, first to 22lb*ft in the following pattern.

9 5 1 3 7
8 4 2 610

Go back and final torque them to 60lb*ft in the same pattern.

I can't find the instructions for the ARP studs, so I'll have to post those later.
