Do you see that red thing in the picture? Thats called a "nitrous cracker", it was made to fill a balloon with nitrous and then you inhale it (to get very very very messed up). Its paraphenial (or how ever you spell it) ahaha, I've see a real one and thats what it is!!!

I was curious when something like this would make it out there. Even if it did work, the amount of nitrous in those little cartridges would be barely noticable in performance. I would be more interested in running that tube to my mouth than my intake. WAHWAHWAHWAHWAHWAH. LOL !
