as the title says. ive posted before and didnt get many replies and didnt find much in the search. so whats the max i can run with a vacf, stock ecu with boost (goal is around 9-12 but after i get pistons,rods, ect which isnt for awhile). also could i run higher cc injectors if i get a better fuel pump? tia

 

i think 310cc is the highest i seen with vafc.. i run 370 on stock pump, but thats with hondata, will be upgrading to 255 high pressure once the snail is on.

 

i have seen 440+ already .
check in the fi forum or check with SGT he might know .

that and the afc hack is made to run with 440 or dsm 450's actually.
try that or gowith a real FMU .

 

SMC sure has a good price and supports up to 450cc injectors.. but it seems like more of fmu, it only mentions controlling fuel, nothing else - http://userwww.sfsu.edu/~ecg/smcfaq.htm#seven - it doens't work with vafc neither..

different people will tell you different things. Ernie was running 370's with his stock ECU when he had his R... and i know someone else running 440's on the stock ECU, both were only using a VAFC and stock ECU.

 

The v-afc or smc should be able to do 440's - 550's.
