Default Eagle Rods...

Whats up guys, i have some questions and was wonderin if you could help me out.

I was thinking of using eagle rods in my set up with itr or ctr pistons, but that cannot work because of the wrist pins. Can someone explain that alittle more? And which rods would be worth my money.

Also i am having trouble deciding which cams and pistons to go with, i was thinking about some toda spec b's, but a friend of mine said that my car would be sucking alot of gas and i would have to tune the car like every other week.

So i appreciate any input. Thanks guys

well i dont know if the problem pertains to the floating-pin vs. pressed-in pin deal, but in order to use eagle rods w/ my je pistons, i had to have a machine shop bore the pin hole out a little to fit the je wrist pin into the rod.

if you not spraying it...stay with the stock rods....you can machine the pistons to fit but why not just buy some je's or wiesco.

i would stay away from the toda b's for 3 reasons
1. overpriced...for the performance whats wrong with skunk 2??
2.harder to tune than they should be
3.there is the whole timming belt issue...(50/50)
