as the topic says, i just installed my AEM short ram on my 4gen accord, and the problem i have is that the breather tube does not line up with the intake, so right now, its not connected to the intake. is this going to damage my engine because its not connected to the intake? i would use the connector hose, but its at this angle, and the hose is too rigid so bend the way it needs to. thanks in advance.

 

I know what you mean, I just got one of those breather vents (APC ) from Pep Boys and capped the CAI port off. Better for the car anyways.

 

i ran new hose on mine...get some silicone hose, it'll bend just fine.

 

Cover the hole in intake tube, get a breather sh_t..

 

yeah they run a few bucks and look neat


for real though.. just seal it and put on a breather on the other side

 

there is no sensor to cover up that i kno of. and btw, i just noticed i am a 'member' now.
