whats the common easy swap on the eg hatch and provide decent power to be v6 cars like mustangs?

 

Any of the B-Series can do that for you.

 

go with an obd 1 B18C it will drop in very easy and give you some good power!

 

v6 mustangs, i beat those with my d15b7 motor with a few mods. everybody will tell you to go with a b18c, but it all depends on what you can afford. if you can't afford a b-series motor, get a d16z6 and turbo it, you should be pretty quick with that. if you have enough cash, get a b-series motor, any b-series swap that you
could afford.

whats the cheapest b series motor rite now? b16?? so those would be good enough to beat stock mustangs? i really thought about the b18 motors also...im looking to spend about 2g to swap a motor is that possible with that amt for a low mi b series motor?

 

b20 with a gsr tranny...under $2k if you source the parts correctly that would be my choice.. but otherwise if I had 3k or so I'd go gsr or ITR
