Wanted to hear from anyone who installed these speakers.

I want to install these in the rear. Yanked out the factory ones, & thought they were a straight drop in and go-the Polks have 7 holes, but holes didn't align to the Honda 3 holes on the mounting bracket.
Am I missing something?
Also, wanted to use the foam gasket, though that would call for some cutting or puncturing of this.
