Default Will heat on the block, manifold or vtec solenoid melt.......

Will heat on the block, manifold or vtec solenoid melt the rubber around the earthing wires? They are just wires for audio speakers. Will they withstand the heat?

well, being in the engine bay shouldn't hurt them.. I wouldn't lay them up against the block, head, or valve cover though, just to be on the safe side..

However, the heat can be easily transferred from the contact to the connector to the cable and to the rubber that wraps around the cable. Eventually, the cable will be about or close to the temperature of the block or manifold etc...
