I was thinking stock locations but on my car it is really hard to get the stock belt clip and the harness mounted on the same thing and I don't want to remove my stock belts incase I should need them for some reason (if I got pulled over maybe?).

For my Corbeau seats I have these brackets. On my brackets on the ends are big heavy duty looking metal beams, the front has 2 small holes and the back 1 small hole. What are they for. Is there some kind of bracket I get and attach to those for these lap belts?
