I would have to say IB Modified JG Header. My roommates b18c1 gained over 10whp in the midrange with that thing and a 4-5whp at peak. The midrange is amazing. JDM ITR 4-1 are good for peak, and gains are only significant when you port out the anti-reversion chamber in the colletor to make it a true 2.5" collector.

skunk2 gets 2 big thumbs up from me.. i only have the after not before dyno but the skunk2 really flattens out the tq curve on the whole power band. tq doesnt die off as quick either.. really good mod!

did you use your stock throttle body??
I have an all motor that I took out to put in a 92 gsr body. I am thinking about doing valves and an intake manifold. Im not sure which one i want to get though.

it raised the peak power higher in the RPM band and brings peak torque lower in the RPM band........

this is according to the dyno's i have seen and from the "seat of the pants" dyno i tested.

a very goos investment for the non-VTEC head
