OT The power of innovation...
I'll probably get busted with the "welcome to last week" tags and "why'd you post this OT crap here", but...

http://www.omniturbo.com/Turbo%20Mopars%20Home.htm Read the whole page and see if you are as amused as I was with the man's patchwork 12 sec car.
Just couldn't help but admire one man's madness though... I admire people who try to experience making things with their own hands... kind of inline with the member here who built his own junkyard turbo ITR...
One day I'll get around to machining (or providing the measurements to have machined) dogbones to mount Wilwood calipers to my ITR (been saying that for 2 years now)... because I refuse to pay an unreasonable amount of money for unrebuildable calipers in an unusable (by me) color.
When I get around to buying, or borrowing a family member’s TIG... I'll try my hand at building my own design 3 pt. strut tower bars, exhaust, roll bar (that retains the use of the back seats for those of us who haul kids on occasion), and fixing my first attempt master cylinder brace.
What are you going to build for your ITR next?
