Default turbo timer question....im confused..lol

i have a APEXi turbo timer but the problem is that the directions are in Japanese. And i cant understand one lick of it...lol

Its an APEXi NA/turbo timer(thats what it says on the box)
Its a small turbo timer but it monitors turbo timer, 02 sensor, A/F, and Batt
the problem is that the harness has been cut. I was told that it was a harness so it could be plug and play for a car, but it wasnt for my car.
another problem is that it has 6 wires.
(these are the ones thats cut)1 all red, 1 all green, 1blue and red,(these are the wires which are not cut) 1 white and red, 1 black and red, and the last one is gray and red.
I just want to hook up the turbo timer part thats all. does anyone know which wires it would be??

help me please

thanks guys, i read and have one more question.

this is what i found out....the white wire..02 sensor
the black wire...ground, the gray wire...parking brake

but the harness for the turbo timer was cut off...

so now i have 3 wires left
red, green and blue, this is what goes to the key ignition can any of you dudes tell me what is what??
im guessing that the red is 12v ignition

the wires would be blk/yel for ignition, and wht/blk for acc, and steal the 12v from anywhere..use the fusebox if you want, theres a port there for it
