i havent been driving this week due to training and stuff...
i went out to get something to eat and when i change gear from 2nd to 3rd fast, it grinds. gear still goes in but it makes that nasty sound.
But when i change gear slowly it goes in fine. downshifting to from 5th 4th 3rd is fine, just when i change gear from 2nd to 3rd.
any helpful info would be great!

 

synchro's off maybe? thats my same problem but with second.

 

synchro's are going out, change your tranny fluid and will more than likely solve it

I grind 3rd at high RPMs. I should change my tranny fluid because I don't think I changed it for years.

 

yeah i had syncro problems too, u will know when your clutch is going when it slips

 

My synchros are slipping in high RPMs in 4th but a tranny fluid change will cure it
