You have to mill the waterneck a little, but you get to run a shorter/cleaner supply line with no tees. It's a 1/8" bspt port.

It's a Jap spec B16 head. Manufacture date is 1989.

i used the 10x1mm port on the head, that 1 looks diff, is it b-series?
Are you talking about the one on the front of the head? If so you're in trouble because there is only oil pressure there when the vtec soleniod has 12v. You might want to change that....

I was thinking of running my oil line the same way. But oh well I am selling my car now.

LS head, and its on the side. Helms says its an "Oil inspection hole". It gets 10psi.
Thats not an LS head, its a b16 head. Just look where the vtec sel. hooks up and the dist.

i used this port but i have a b18b. much easier than running a line all the way to the back and dealing with T fitting and whatnot.

Tony is right. GE has a special oil filter adaptor that has output for the oil pressure gauge, turbo oil line and LSVTEC line. No more T adaptors.
