Default Five Lug Question?

The axles for a stock si are 32mm when the jdm ones are 36mm. My question is will the jdm axles fit a 99si or will I have to buy new hubs and bearings etc.?

I don't think so, if the si is 32mm why would the 36mm fit?

If I get the USDM five lug conversion I will have no trouble whatsoever witht the conversion but the jdm one is a bit different . At least I think

Ok, here is the run down, you are correct in both aspects. To do a 5 lug conversion, you need hub, rotors, calipers, yadda yadda. If you get the 5 lug from a usdm type R it is straight bolt on, bolt off. If you get the JDM conversion, you need to make sure you get the axles with the conversion, then you are set, as long as you have a B series swap, you use the jdm axles along with the usual parts and everything is kosher.

well said

if you don't have a B series, you can use outer prelude CV joints
