ek front sway bar?

i just swapped the front lca's on my 99 hatch with ones from a 93 si and added its swaybar and associated hardware. the problem is that the sway bar seems to sit way too low, what did i do wrong?

Well, for one thing, they are two totally different chassis.

If I were you, I'd scrap that one and get a 99-00 front sway. 26mm is better anyway.
