Default WooHoo..My new set-up...!!

As some of you guys know I came into a JRSC a few months back from my cousin and I was planning either to put it or not..Well after careful research I didn't..I sold it..and got the money to do a NA setup..these are the mods which the insallation was done for today..NOW next step off to DSR for dyno tuning to "Guru" Lawrence..

...I do need a few more mods,please feel free to list..NEED ADVICE..AND AN ESTIMATE ON HOW MUCH WHP I HIT..

my current mods:

AEM CAI
JDM Header w/ carsound cat
Skunk2 Adj gear
Skunk 2 stage 2 camshafts
Skunk retainers and springs
Apex N1 exhaust
V-AFC
AEM FPR


thnx fellas, i will post a dyno plot as soon as i set-up an appointment with DSR..

nice! whats the capability of the rev limit on the skunk2 valve train?

Whats the rev limit with Sk2 valve train? - Pretty nice setup. How do u like the sk2 Cams?

im sure the valve train would hold out to around 9 500 but ud need work on your bottom end.

i would suggest obd 1 ecu and hondata, then built bottom end and p&p. Do you want a dyno queen that hits high peak numbers???or do you want a car with decent peak and fat midrange??? all depends on what you want to do with the car. be more specific and we can give better advice.

Sell the VAFC, and buy a Hondata. I also don't think that the SK2 stage 2 cams will help you a whole lot, I am under the impression that you will need more compression to take advantage of their increased lift and duration. I would recommend selling them and installing a set of stage 1's(but that's my opinion).

I would also speak with Lawerence when you're down there to see what his recommendations are.
