Well, I got a long scratch from the gas tank cover to near the driver door. It doesn't catch my finger nail so I take it as it is possible to remove this scratch? It's doesn't look deep at all and it appears it can be removed with some sort of rubbing compound maybe? I tried Meguiar's Scratch X but that only helped a little. Thanks in advance.

 

sandpaper? no for real man, id take it to a body shop. but thats me. im sure they wont charge you too much to fix it. ot try a detail shop!

 

if its like a scuff make use mother aluminum poisher, takes paint scuffs right out
