Default What is the best CR for turbocharging?

I want to start a project engine and dont know if a GSR's CR is too high at 10:1...but what other VTEC engine can i get with lower CR? or should i get a LS with a VTEC head?

Help me Obiwan, your my only hope...

the GSR's compression ratio is fine. You can go even higher. However, the higher you go the more $$$$ you will spend in trick parts and tuning.

boost is just artifical compression. so you want CR as high as you can get it and still control detonation.
