Going up to W.P.B. on 95 N. and my engine gave out. Right now she's sitting in a garage waiting to get a temporary replacement (since I don't have alot of $$$ right now). I don't know what to say, **** happens. I blew my head gasket and I think one of my cylinders is cracked and I think my crankshaft is no good either, I haven't had the time to open her up yet. So I'm currently shopping for a d16 vtec replace my old one. Then save again for a real swap. There goes half my x-mas list.

Sorry to hear it man. Was there any indication the head gasket was bad? My engines running kinda funny I think, all my friends are catching crazy mileage with their stock civics, and mines only got exhaust and i'm getting maybe on a lucky day 260mpg, and it's stock. And it's cold here...My grand am caught more then that.

 

That sux.......if you look at it the wrong way. I look at it as SWAP TIME!!!!

Yeah West Palm Beach. I'm like 15 minutes away further south. The valve cover had oil all over the top right hand side, and all along the cam gear and the surrounding right part. So it wasn't a pretty sight at all. I had to push her for two more miles since I didn't want to pull over on the shoulder because I knew once I did, that would be it for me.
