Default P30 ecu pin #'s for o2

Hey like topic says I need the 4 pin #'s for the oxygen sensor. Code 1 is throwing and I tried known good o2 sensors, so I think a wire is bad.

The heated part of the o2 is working. So I just need to know where the white wire and light green wire go. The white wire from the harness is shielded so is that supposed to be the signal wire? The green wire looks like it is supposed to go to pin C22 but I am not sure; it also looked like it goes to ground. Can I just ground both of these wires?
