In the explanation for why the RSX was picked as 10 best cars:

All I can say is

 

yep, those mags definitely know more than Honda of America.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but HOA hasn't made an official statement regarding the "AAARRS."

Besides, if the debut of the Type Rs are like that of all other Honda models, we know Honda will be extremely tight-lipped about it.

And despite some shortcomings C&D is usually credible...

yea i dont think their the first mag who said that...one of the mags also said the EP3 CTR was coming but low and behold no dice(unless u get it through evolution imports of course)...

 

no, but someone in members corner had some type of interview (or internship?) with a honda coroporate exec who basically told him they weren't doing it because it wasn't profitable (over the type S)

 

Like someone else posted in the Type-R thread.. "just over the horizon" probably means Japan.

Well, i don't really think RSX-R will ever import into North America at all. Not at least for another 2~3 years. I'm not sure in other location. But in Vancouver, BC Canada. We do have white RSX for sell. ANd keep in mind that back in 96 before Type-R offical release in North America. Honda/Acura stop selling white Integra so to reserve the color for Type-R. The move tehy selling white RSX now show that R will not arrive in a short period of time.

hell yeah. but when the dc5r does come to our shores it is gonna be one bad *** car. hopefully rice will not influecing the r.

 

there's been rumors ever since the RSX came out. so... what makes it more credible now? ::shrugs:: i'll believe it when i SEE it.
