Default What's the best way to fit upper tower bar?

What's the best way to fit adjustable upper tower bar??

1.Some say jack up the middle of the car then expend it to the maximum

2.Some say adjust it to the max length on even road.

What do you think?

i have a question about front upper strut bars..

i got into an accident and i think my left front is messed up. im gonna have the frame pulled. after its all fixed, would it be OK to put a strut bar on?

Yes, should be OK, the tower bar is make the car stiffer.
