Is there a good throttle body out there for the F22B that makes good power increases or is it pointless? I heard there wasn't but I wanted the H-T opinion. Also what about Intake manifold. I can't think of anything else besides boring and resleeving the block which is gonna cost-a-brotha!
Get a throttle body off of an H22a or H23a and port match it. The throttle bodies on a stock F22 are too small {bottleneck}. Maybe try some pullies. Nitrous always makes a good power increase
yeah, like he said, get an IM from a H22 or a H22 along with the TB or an aftermaket TB, and port match them to the head and the TB to the IM, that would free up some HP, and after that get a VAFC and some dyno tunning and that would free up some HP.
Also, a cam in combination with the throttle body would make a good bit of power. A reground cam from webcams or crower would be a good bet.

I am also interested in this and have purchased an H22 TB. How do I port match it to the IM? I did a search and nothing came up. Can I do it myself or does a machine shop need to do it? THanks.

port matching is simple
take plenum and t/b off
measure the outlet of the new t/b,
draw/scribe the new port size on the plenum flange whilst the tb is on it
you can use deburring/porting bits and work at it by hand or you can take a hole saw of the correct size and cut the necessary hole

Throttle body & intake manifold swap....Cool. Anything else to make "natural" power? I read someone say something about a reground cam. Whenever I read someone talking about a cam on here they don't look for the regrinds but the original (or whatever) is there something wrong with the reground cams?
for 19.95 plus s/h ill send you my book entitled
