Default Mounts...Engine or Transmission? .....:::: Integra ::::.....

Honda Integra 94 VtiR
similar to a GSR

Recently after experencing wild wheel hop, on launching, i noticed my gear shifter move slightly when i reved it, it 2500 and onwards, and the movement was only an inch, i have experenced this before in a pervious car and as a result have had to replace a front engine mount, my guess is there is a bit of movement by the engine when reving, and becuase the engine is connected to the transmission, the whole lot moves, margionally.

My problem is i dont know which mount or mounts are broken/ or rubbers torn. After reading the forum a little i think it has to be a mount which prevents engine from moving back and forward, becuase when you rev, the engine dips forward and the gear shifter also moves forward, theredore i seem to think out of the five mounts in the engine bay, it should be the transmission mount but when i rev it i dont see an awfull lot of movement there.

Is there any way i can diagose this acurately so i can fix the right mount.
