threres + and - that have to be matched. if its integra, you could purchase an adapter harness to work with aftermarket speakers, this way its just plug-n-play into speaker connector.
LF Speaker|Blue/Green-Grey/Black|Radio
RF Speaker|Red/Green-Brown/Black|Radio
LR Speaker|Blue/Yellow-Grey/White|Radio
RR Speaker|Red/Yellow-Brown/Black|Radio
The second set in each line is the negative. He can just splice off the factory connector and connect the wires to the speaker or terminals directly w/solder or a connector.
OR.....
As stated above, just buy a speaker wire harness. They're cheap, about $5/pair. You can't mess up at all w/those...best for the beginner.

Actually I wouldn't even go by the wiring diagrams, just use your ears and listen to phase change when you switch wires on one speaker... compare this to the phase of the front speakers and correct as necessary. What your ears tell you is more important than what the wiring diagram says, IMHO.
While your at it you could consider running slightly larger gauge for the speaker wires, it can only help.
