mugen or spoon thin headgasket which raises c/r higher?
i'm deciding on which one to get. not sure which one right now.
i also read that you could take the copper rivets out of a stock headgasket.
take the middle layer out and use the bottom and top layer? any opinions on this.

i think spoon is .3 and mugen is .4 but dont quote me, thats off the top of my head

The Spoon 2piece headgasket raises compression by 0.2
As for DIY taking out the middle layer of a stock gasket, do at your own risk! Some people have done it with no problem, but if you screw up... o well!

How much is the spoon and how much will it bump the CR? Also, and problems with them failing?
i haven't heard anything bout them failing. they seem high quality.
