6'6"... would I fit in CRX comfortably?
i've been planning on buying a 99-00 Si but the CRX is so damn hot and tuneable...... Would I fit? it'd be a daily driver.... plus with the money i'd save B18C and crazy body
my friend is 6'4"... he fits comfortably as long as he's in the passenger seat... there's no way in hell he could drive it... his legs will bang all over the steering wheel, console, and door panel no matter what... then he's gotta find a way to press the pedals without smashing them all at the same time
I'm 6'2, 6'3... somewhere around there and I fit comfortably. I had to recline my seat all the way back and raise the steering wheel so I could heel-toe without my knees banging up on the wheel. I dunno, give it a test drive and see

im 6'3" and the only way i could drive it and not look like clown in a little car at the circus was to get fiber glass buckets. If your looking for comfort i wouldent go for it. your tall guy for a honda.

I'm a simple word: NO
Anyone who tells you that you can fit comfortably is simply pulling your chains or are ignorant. The CRX is a tiny, tiny car to begin with. And it is small inside obviously. Of course you can fit inside the car but again, comfortably as a daily driver? Not a chance in hell. You need to think of getting another car bro, good luck.

I do not agree because you consider the CRX a "tiny tiny car" but it's not that small actually for European or Asian standards. I can't help the fact that most Americans prefer to drive slow *** boaty V8 cars because they think "bigger= better". In Europe cars like a Chrysler Stratus/300M, BMW 5/7 and Mercedes S are considered BIG. Larger cars than that (Landrover/ BMW X5 and SUV's) are OVERKILL cuz there's just no room to park them here) BTW the Dutch are on average the tallest people in the world (I'm 6"4' and that's just plain!) and I don't see people bending driving their tiny car which we most are forced to drive because of the high density population (especially in the West = Amsterdam etc.)
There is always the possibillity to get custom seats and/or rails to cope with your length. The seats are lowered then.

NO WAY a 6'6" man could fit comfortably in a CRX. I am 5'6" and sometimes I feel like Im driving a go-kart around. People will seriously laugh their *** off when they see a giant driving such a "tiny" car. Just go for an Accord or Truck. Good Luck

I'm 5'11" and I dont even have the seat all the way back and yet I have plenty of room and thats without me being cramped or too close to the wheel. As for the 6'6" guy I think your best bet would be to go and take one out and see for yourself I bought and 84 CRX off of a guy that was like your height and he didnt look goofy and it wasnt uncomfortable for him in fact he had to take the seats out when he sold it to me to put in his mazda pickup that he bought cause he was too tall for it and the seats made it better for him in the truck. I think that you would be comfortable in it but thats just my opinion. Plus the seats are very comfortable no matter your height.....

If I were you, I would not get one. I would look for a 96+ hatch. I fit the best in those.
im 6'4 and i didnt feel uncomfortable in my crx at all i didnt put the seat back the whole way i had a ton of room in a crx its not an isue now in a civic on the other hand .......... whole other story...its because the seats dont go back as far to allow room for passengers (caugh) bullshit (caugh) gutted my car years ago
I'm 6'5" but only 185lbs so I'm skinny. I fit in my hatch fairly well. I don't even have the seat pushed all the way back. I do have the seat reclined quite a bit, though.
Anyhow, I've been in a 'Rex and I even crawled into the back of one while I was in high school! lol, that was quite a site to see!
Just sit in one to find out if you fit or not.
Oh yeah, btw - I've dunked in an intramural game before.
