Default ZC Guys

Ok i think i am ready to do my zc swap into my 89 si. I was wondering if there is anything i missed (forgot to buy) for the swap. Here is a list of what i have.
zc engine
stage 2 clutch
upper radiator hose
pm7 ecu
sparkplug wires
TPS
gaskets
and all the parts on my d16a6 are good. Is there anything else i am missing?
thanks?

Yea, that list is great. Used it on mine.
But after mine, I say just build the d16 or get a z6.
My ZC barely pulls more than my old Si that had 216K miles on it.
Just my .02.
Oh, and do the swap yourself man.

No I think he means ITRs, they run low 15s and a ZC'd CRX should be able to do the same.

I recommend you change the distributor cap and rotor (CRX 91, Int 88-89), the distributor belt (Prelude, I think 90) and water pump (CRX 91). If you want to sleep well, inspect the crank for wear and plasti-gauge it. You can rebuild the engine easy while it's out if needed. You will have a perfect ZC when you are done and you can do it with less than the $600 you have.

Do you know exactly what rings and bearings to get?Different people say different things.

Yea, that list is great. Used it on mine.

Oh, and do the swap yourself
I agree that list on that site is great and yes if you can do the swap yourself,do it, but saying the ZC barely pulls , man your on crack.

Go to homemadeturbo.com It has a bunck of stuff on turbo zc's. IMP i would run my zc at 6-10 psi. for daily driving. (if your internals are in good cond.)

You need a water pump (Any "D" engine) Prelude timing belt at the very minimum. you have no idea how old or how many miles are on it. Don't risk your new engine to save a few bucks.
