On Jasons harness, there is a wire coming off that you ground.

On others you just have to jump the connector for the distributor timing.

Did you get one of his conversion harness? If so, there should be a wire that you connect to the positive wire of a toggle switch. If engine light is on, flip it once and it will give you a code.

I believe its D4 from looking at this. Pinouts for Obd-1 to Obd-0

A toggle switch is a switch that uses a toggle joint with a spring to open or close an electric circuit as an attached lever is pushed through a small arc.

As for your other question, I believed you have to convert it to multipoint fuel injecition first like hf and si. I'm not really sure you have to contact blownhatch for that.

I bought one of his harness awhile back and installed it on my 91 si and had no problems with it, works great.

You will need to convert your car to MPFI first, then you can run the harness. I can convert that for you if you prefer. Email me if interested.

For the check engine light, you can just ground D4 (obd1 side) when you throw a code, or you can wire D4 to a toggle switch and on the other side, ground the other pin on the toggle switch.

That my friend is the "service connector". Jump the connector with a wire then turn the ignition switch to run. Wait for the MIL "Malfunction indicator light"(is what it really is called in honda world) too illuminate then record the combination of lights. These combinations you will take to a service manual or some other source to diagnos the problem circuit. Then, get out the multimeter! By the way does anyone have a good online source for DTC charts, Schematic's, etc...??
