I just redid my cluster again... I have a few before and after pics. Let me know what you guys think!

There are alot of uneven spots here and there so I decided to try again.

Here are the AFTER pics:




The after pics came out so much better. All the amber is even and i didnt see any problems. It even came out much brighter the second time. What do you guys think?

How did you do it?

 

search on amber and I think the creator aztecej or something did it. I just followed what he did. Its pretty easy. The only pain is getting the climate control off.

 

Yeah the climate control sucks to get off, but it helps if you have a hanes book on the car. It has a picture of where all the screws are located to take the climate control off.

I'm not flaming, just curious... What's wrong with the stock white/green color? Is it because the Japanese cars have amber gauge clusters?

 

amber just looks a lot nicer to me... notice that BMW's have amber inside. the fact that it's "JDM" is coo too...

I like my EG6 amber cluster. It's not as bright as the green lights. Before, I used to dim my dash lights down about 60%. With the amber/orange lighting, it's more mellow. Who cares about JDM, it's BMWDM W3rD
