I am not asking psi, just want to know what's the maximum SAFE turbocharged HP I can squeeze out of a stock B18C5 engine.
Anybody knows?

Not to flame but that is really an unanswerable question. It depends on many factors: Fuel management, engine, temperature, blah, blah, blah. Some engines can handle more than others. Tuning is the key.
i think Inline pro told me they got like 440-450 or soemthing like that out of one ?
the rods hold up great, its the pistons that tend to melt.
they also told me they put in a bonse stock GSR motor in one of the race cars and it poped at like 5and change to the wheels. bone stock motor with miles on it .
i guess its all in tuning.

Just dont let it detonate and you should be in buisness for 10-12lbs max which will result in good hp numbers depending on what other mods you have and your turbo choice.
