Default ? for philips 4300k hid owners

i've had the 4300k philips kit in my car for about 2 months now with no problems. About 2 weeks ago the driver side went out, every time I turn them on now, the passenger side comes on and the driver side sparks like its coming on but it doesnt. Can anyone tell me the problem, and the fuses I have in there are 20A's. please help asap.

I've had my kit for over 2 months from Trevor without any issues. Where did you purchase your kit? What brand was included in the package?

Sounds like your driver's side igniter is faulty. Did you check for shorts?

That happened to my lights a couple of times. i went in and wiggled it in alittle more and it doesnt happen anymore. i think its because the light was touching the inside of the lamp, if that helps.

Try to contact Trevor:

Full Name: Trevor Tan.
Email: trevor_tan@visualdynamics.ca.
Home Page: http://www.visualdynamics.ca.

I'm sure he can shed some light on the subject.

I also had that same problem. I used to jsut go wiggle them and it would come back on. Then i swapped the driverside with the passanger side and havent had the problem yet. I got mine from Trevor also, Philips 4300k Set.

I had the exact same prob. Try switching the harness (black wire that connects from the ballast and to the stock light bulb socket) from side that works to the side that doesnt. If the side that didnt work works then its that. Trevor sent me a new one ASAP!!
