I like the Rally 3 since it has one tailstrap that you can connect to the upper rear seatbelt mount, which keeps it nice and parallel to the ground.

i appreciate your help guys, but i didnt find from the search on anything comparing the 2... im really asking is it siginficantly safer and more supportive to anchor to 2 pts in the rear than just one.

 

Truth is that neither of them is as safe for street use as the stock belts. If you have a cage in your car and are actually racing it, neither of them is legal - at least not under any sanctioning body that I know of.

then ask that question..... the more specific the question is, the better directed your answers will be.

For autocross (which is the only place these things can really be used at) it really doesnt matter. Both will bolt into the rear seatbelt hardware.
