What kind of turbo is better or are they all about the same
Turbonetics or Garrett?

Precision. For the most part all turbos are good. garret makes great turbos, and turbonetics makes good turbos also.

What size is good for a built GSR.
The sizes are different than the Turbonetics and other brands.
I was interested in the t3/t04e-60 trim, which of the precision turbos would be about the same.

garrett puts turbonetics parts in alot of their turbos
turbonetics puts alot of garrett parts in their turbos
its basically a big circle jerk...

both are good turbos though

i read a post recentlyon another about a fellow who was having his si tuned for 500whp when his engine messed up. the turbo let go and took the motor. it was a turbonetics. a few chimed in about their misadventures with said turbo. dont know if thats conclusive or not. just some info to add to the confusion
