My car will not start it's a 92 civic with a h22a. I have good fuel press but no spark from any plug or the coil. The coil oms out good. How do you check the ICM? What are the wire colors? By the way the coil is getting 12 volts. And swap the ecu has not helped.

 

im guessing the ground is not connected on the ecu. its a small wire in the engine compartment. on the passenger side, connected near where the lower radiator hose connects. that would totally be my guess. check for a ground at the ecu itself. just see if there is continuity between a ground and the ecu metal casing.
