b18c, what should the voltage be coming out of the ecu to the siganl wire to the icm?

does the ecu send a signal(voltage) to the icm or what makes the coil fire?

I'm not completely sure, but I think the ECU connects & disconnects that wire to ground to fire the ignition.

how can i check to see if the ecu is sending the signal to ground the coil, to make it fire?
