If anyone has some spare time or would like to help me out... would it be possible if you could paint the side skirts, side markers, door handle, and the side mirror silver?

Sorry for not explaining... it is a rack designed to put your snowboard or skiing equipment on.. up here in Canada we have this wet stuff called snow.. by the way it isn't my car just looks like it...
