you can't since the ITR uses white bulbs and the orange color is built into the actual gauges

get orange dash bulb covers from a 99-00 civic si.
either at a wrecking yard or direct from your dealership.
i think you have to buy them with the bulb. get a bunch, pull out all the oe clears and put in the new bulbs with the amber covers.

I dunno if it works but ive heard that red sharpie works cuz the paint melts or drips after a while.you might give it a try and tell us how it goes

hmmm...melting, fading, inconsistant coloring...sounds like you should buy the oe covers and just replace them.

they're dirt cheap

Isnt this information for the Climate Control? I thought the SI gauge cluster bulbs were clear but lighted up amber because the cluster itself was amber.

it is for the climate control.
you are correct. putting the SI cluster bulbs will not net you amber lighting..the bulb covers off the SI climate control will work though.
