usdm itr cat and usdm b18c1 headers, will the cat bolt on??

usdm itr cat and usdm b18c1 header, will the cat bolt on??
you see the topic, all i need to know is if the itr cat will bolt onto a gsr *header* so i have an o2 sensor bung down there when i do my swap.. i know i will still need to extend the exhaust a few inches still.. thanks!!

It will not bolt up because the second header will get in the way

I don't see why it wouldn't bolt up assuming you are talking about stock parts here. You will probably have exhaust length issues but other than that, the front of the cat should need 3 bolts while the rear only needs 2. I could be wrong but I don't think so.
