Bleed your coolant system for any air bubbles. Did you check your intake manifold for any leaks??? Could also be a clogged IACV sensor on the manifold.
can i use one of those carb or intake cleaners to get rid of this because this is how this **** got started i cleaned i little and it started doing that so what i'm sayin is everything was perfect 800rpm idle i cleaned the tbody and mainfold but just a little not alot and this whole problem started dammit how do you fix it i don't want to adjust anything b/c it was done already at the swap HELP

to bleed your coolant you can find the drain plug under your front bumper and let get the air out that way (messy) OR what i did was loosed the nut on the coolant line going into the block and add more coolant...it will start to leak out once you start pouring but it also pushes out the air and then you can tighten the nut again. this is a quick fix otherwise is prob is you IACV

My bro-in-law had the same problem on his Civic. Ended up being the alternator brushes. He replaced the brushes and the engine ran smooth.
i thought you could just idle the car with the radiator cap off to get air out of the system.
