Default Brakes...help!!

Ever since the cold weather i believe one of my back brakes is stayin locked on...i can feel that for the first 3 or 4 notches on my ebrake its very loose after the 4th or so it tenses up how its supposed to be..some one help please!

That sounds normal. Do you hear the brakes? Does the car roll freely?

Karl is right that is normal, you would defiently know if the rear brake is sticking, you would smell it, hear it and the car would pull to one side

Your ebrake cable is probably frozen or stretched and just needs adjusted. As long as the symptoms metioned above aren't obvious, you should be okay. Lube it or try to work it loose. Do you use your ebrake often?
