Ok I am new to FI and stuff. Well my friend just picked up a D16Y8 turbo. It is in a 92 LX. Well here are the questions I promised

1. The ECU is throwing 2 codes..10 and 3..He is using a p28. Well the IAT plug is hanging there and i know on the D16Y8 the sensor plugs into the intake tube. ANd we are needing to know where is the place to mount this thing?

2. This swap was done by some people I am not too sure about.(lack of knowledge). But the MAP senor has a vaccum tube running off it to 3 one way valves to the top of the TB. Well thier reason was that the round grommet was gone and this was a soultion. Well we are going to pick up a grommet but the ? is are these 3 vavle things needed?

I know some of the ?'s are long and maybe TMI but hey I thought I would let you guys know.

drill a hole in ur intake tube and put that sensor in.. then reset the ecu.

take a look at other civics if in doubth

 

Thanks bro that is all I needed to hear. I was not sure because if the turbo if that was going to make a difference.
