How to remove front brake rotors 90 DX..??

How to remove front brake rotors 90 DX..??
I've got a 90 Accord DX.. And my front rotors are gone.. Ive been told Ill need a Special Tool to remove the rotors.. Is this true ?? Or is there any way to do it without special tools.. Any help you guys can give me will be appreciated..

special tool? were they any more specific?
the design is a hub over rotor design meaning the whole hub must be removed to change the rotor, sometimes this means the bearing must be pressed out
you also need a ball joint seperator to remove the knuckle from the control arm
have you ever worked on something like this before?
