well, to be honest the piping is a pain to DIY unless ur pretty good at welding to make clean cuts/welds. Revhard seems like a good kit. However, i know u didn't mention, but i would do a custom, simply cuz u can get the same quality stuff, ur own choice of parts, and it's cheaper, i just finished mine a couple of weeks ago.

Rev Hard 2C Intercooler (32x8x3.5)
MaxRev Intercooler (20x8x3)

I just noticed the size difference with the intercoolers. Is the Rev Hard intercooler too big??

But you can't forget about the aluminum or steel flange that you will need. Those are $35...

Yes, I do know that.

But I wanted to know how the Iron/Tubular stacks up against their own Cast/Tubular, MaxRev's SS, SFP Tubular, and drag's cast manifold?

I'd like to hear any likes or dislikes about the revhard tubular manifold also. I'm running the cast a/c version and it flows pretty good but i'm looking to make more room and have turbo on the other side.

i would go with a custom kit:

maxrev manifold
maxrev downpipe
t3/t04e 63 a/r 57 trim
revhard piping
pwr intercooler

the maxrev downpipe is a work of art... a gagillion times nicer than revhards.
manifold is really nice too.

I say go with the complete Rev Hard stage 2c kit. Its much easier to just go with a whole kit instead of pieceing together a custom kit.

custom kits arent hard at all. i mean, if you are going to fork out a couple of grand on your car, why would u half *** it? mind as well buy the best parts instead of a "kit" because its easier.

max rev manifold 400
max rev downpipe 300
t3/t04e 300-600 (depending on used or not)
revhard piping (you'll have to find that)
pwr ic 500

Half of the people that piece something together end up spending MORE money and getting the WRONG pieces.

Are you saying that a Rev Hard kit is half ***? I dont think so buddy how many 8 second and 9 second hondas are running Rev Hard kits? And how many are running a maxrev kit? Umm... that's right none.. There is a reason they have kits, maybe because all the parts that come with it are meant to work together.
