OK when i bought my civic it was a one owner from New Mexico, it had full coverage limo black tinting. I live in IL, so i immediatly got the attention of local cops, and i had to pay $50 to get the two front windows removed. Now i want to remove the rest but i don't want to pay. any tips on diy tint removal??
